Team Deer Wins This One !

I finally was able to go on my first opening day hunt with the Frei boys! I have always had little ones that I have had to stay in camp with. So when Kyle told Haden that he was old enough to hike this year with them I was so excited to go also. Kyle, Kent, Blake, Booters, Blair, Hunter, Haden and I all hiked to the top of somewhere on Utah hill. It was steep and long! But with this crew it was a lot of fun!! There are always good stories being told by the Frei boys. And the great thing about their stories, is that they get bigger and funnier every year. It was so cold, wet and foggy that after we had waited for about two hours on top of this point Blake, Boots, Hunter, Haden and I decided that we were not going to wait all day for the fog to lift, so we started hiking back to the four wheelers. One problem, we went the wrong way. (kind of) So with Kyle's help and his handy dandy GPS he found us and we got back on the right trail. (I'm sure that this story will get bigger and better and funnier as the years go by. Boots wouldn't even give any input because he knows if he did that he would be the one the story would be about :):):) Well this opening day was perfect. My kind of hunt. Lots of hiking. Pretty country. And no deer seen! After Haden made the I hate Los Angeles shirt, it inspired me to make my own Deer Hunting shirt. I will post it soon ;)  This song was going through my head all day!
