Kolob

We finally were able to spend some time at our cabin in Kolob. It was pretty entertaining getting up there. We got a very late start. We were planning on leaving at nine in the morning but thanks to one of the bulls (another story that I will blog about later) :) up in Panguitch we did not leave until five. As we were driving up my Yukon gave a little sputter and just died! We unloaded the four wheeler and razor. I started driving up on the razor to get help and Hunter drove the four wheeler. About two minutes later Kyle passed me and then two minute later I passed him broke down again. I got pulled over twice on the road that is a part of Zion National Park. Razor's are not allowed in the park. Then when I got almost to the cabin there was Hunter broke down on the four wheeler! So I picked him up and we went to Kyle's sisters cabin to get help. On our way back down just about to the cabins there was Kyle. I guess my Yukon didn't like pulling all of the toys and the heat :( When we got to the cabin it smelled like gas! Your truly had left the pilot light on from the last trip and so we had no gas. Which means no hot water. Ha who needs a hot shower anyways? So by the time we got everything working and everything and everybody up there we finally were able to spend some relaxing time together. We did get eaten alive my the mosquitos and Haden got stung by a bee. Ha, Kolob is always an adventure.
